Excellence at its best! I purchased an F450 from George Coleman Ford in January. My salesman, Joe Wright, was what every salesperson should try to be like. Great guy, easy I purchased an F450 from George Coleman Ford in January. My salesman, Joe Wright, was what every salesperson should try to be like. Great guy, easy going, made the deal seem effortless. Shortly after I got the truck home I started having issues with it. Reached out to local dealerships in my area and I didn't feel comfortable with the diagnosis so I reached out to the service manager, Curt Shockley, and told him about the issues I was h inf since I bought the truck. I feel that this team actually cares about their customers and the vehicles that come through their dealership because he went above and beyond trying to help me find the answers for the issues I was having. He followed up several times to see what else we could come up with and tried finding local dealerships so I wouldn't have to drive 4 hrs to have them look at it. Needless to say I felt like I needed to make this trip up to them and during my travels the truck broke down. This is where I say that this dealership is top notch because I could have used my roadside assistance but Curt didn't want me to, instead he sent a tow truck 110 miles down to me to pick me up, bring me to them, and they covered the expense. As soon I got there, they started right away on my truck and fixed the mechanical issues but Curt didn't feel right about another issue so he and Joe Wright set me up with a newer Explorer to travel home in. Got a call the next day that my truck was fixed and I made the trip back up to them and they had my truck ready to go, no expense paid. I have never been treated as well as I have by anyone as they treated me with this whole experience. The thing that stands out is that I was told that the don't forget about their customers after the sale, the want to sure we are happy the whole time with our purchase. I absolutely believe that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the service you have provided me and you have a customer for life in me. I will be back to purchase my vehicles through this dealership. Jason Garmon More
