I was broke down on the side of the road. They took my truck in as quickly as possible and had major repairs done to the motor. After buying my truck 30 days ago at Arlington Toyota and then having a problem I thought they would help me out even though it was a Chevy since they did sell it to me. Well. Glad I did wasn’t expecting to have what was wrong with it wrong but there we are Mike c helped all the way from the call while I was sitting at Arlington Toyota all the way to keeping me informed and having my car fixed and warranty claim taken care of within 3 days. They even got me an Uber from there home and had one pick me up when truck was done. Only complaint I have is they don’t need to charge an additional fee for credit card processing cause you are already spending quite a bit when you get your vehicle repaired. As we stand right now truck is running better than when I bought it a month ago. Will definitely make sure all my oil changes and any work that I need done will be done here.
