Service took forever considering this was a simple speaker replacement. I arrived on time, and my vehicle didn’t get taken back for over an hour. Patrick didn't provide any update unless prompted. Zero apologies for the delay, and even seemed to be slightly annoyed when I told him I needed something from my vehicle considering the service was taking expectantly longer than expected. More

All I can say is wow ! ! I had an engine light come on in my Silverado during the late afternoon so I went to the Chevy app, made an appointment which was available the foll ! I had an engine light come on in my Silverado during the late afternoon so I went to the Chevy app, made an appointment which was available the following morning at 8:15 am, one of the staff at George Moore. called me back to confirm the appointment and asked what my issues were after I explained to them what my issues were they suggested to bring in the truck now which I did. My service advisor Gabe Lambert, immediately responded to my problem. One of his techs worked late to diagnose. Luckily one part was available and they were able to fix my truck the next day. It was ready mid afternoon and I was ready to go. Y’all did a great job. I appreciate it. thank you. More
