DO NOT GO TO GEORGE MOORE CHEVY! !!!! I brought my car in because the apple car play was not working. They said they found the problem it would be 995.92 and suggested about $3000 in !!!! I brought my car in because the apple car play was not working. They said they found the problem it would be 995.92 and suggested about $3000 in additional maintenance since I just hit 100,000. I told them great fix just the screen for now. Then when I go to pay it gets mentioned that it does not work with the newest phones… which I have. They took some money off but I was still expected to pay $650 for them to not fix my issue. I go back later because it’s not sitting right with me and ask to speak with the general manager. Instead they have me speak with someone who is not the GM. He says he will listen to the phone logs but he does not believe there is anything else they can do. No surprise to anyone but I was supposed to get a call by the end of the day Friday now it’s afternoon on Monday and I never received a call. As the car was in the shop they had a sales person message me asking if I wanted a free quote and when I didn’t respond he went forward and did it anyway. When I got home I tried the system with an old phone that used to work. It didn’t work with that phone, I took a video and showed them. They told me they can’t find any problems. I had to bring my car back because it still wasn’t working. I asked for the list of compatible phones that they mentioned. I was told they will send it over that day, still haven’t received it. Overall it was a terrible experience and waste of money. They lost my trust and loyalty. I don’t plan on going back to them for the maintenance or any future cars. I still don’t have my car back with the features that they “fixed” because I had to bring it back in because it wasn’t fixed. More
