As always at George Moore Chevy, the service team is professional, personable and understands that timely service is critical to customer satisfaction. I had 2 visits in the past week, one for a ro professional, personable and understands that timely service is critical to customer satisfaction. I had 2 visits in the past week, one for a routine maintenance which I waited for because they always get them done in a timely manner. The second was a repair issue that popped up with an error message on Friday morning. Didi was able to get me scheduled to drop it off after lunch for a diagnostic. Saturday I got a text that they'd figured out what was going on and that they'd be done by early Monday. Monday morning the call came that I could pick it up. All the warranty paperwork was done when I arrived and I was on the way back to my office in minutes. Thanks for another great service experience! More
