I have dealt with George Moore for years now and have bought new cars, used cars and I always use their service department even for cars I hadn’t purchased from there in the past. Kevin B in sales knows bought new cars, used cars and I always use their service department even for cars I hadn’t purchased from there in the past. Kevin B in sales knows I like a no-haggle experience and don’t like to be pressured. He pairs me with the best salesmen for my needs. Scottie R has always taken care of my cars on the service side and now Kevin K has taken that job over since Scottie is in management and he has done a fantastic job since he took over my service writing a few years ago. If I have a concern, he makes sure it is addressed. And he communicates progress throughout the process since I usually wait on my vehicles because I live almost an hour away from George Moore. He also always offers to send it through wash if I have time to wait a bit extra which is nice having 4 kids that occupy my SUV. More
