All in all a good dealership for getting oil changed on GM vehicle so far. Only issue I have on every visit for oil change is when they check the cabin air filter which is located inside my glove box they GM vehicle so far. Might seem small to most but I keep my car organized and when they just throw everything back in there it pisses me off. More

Routine new car Oil change took over 2 hours. Service advisor called me at home to see if I still wanted the complimentary wash when my husband took the car in and was sitting 3 feet away. Had trouble when I bought the car in November and was giving them another chance to recover. This was the worst experience and my husband had to cancel the meeting he had the afternoon. The slight of 4 vs 5 points is not with respect to George Moore, it is to GM. My 2023 Suburban had a recall for fact the wrong main bearing was used in the engine during manufacturing. The conclusion of the Moore, it is to GM. My 2023 Suburban had a recall for fact the wrong main bearing was used in the engine during manufacturing. The conclusion of the recall assessment was that notwithstanding the fact the incorrect bearing was used, using a higher weight motor oil going forward was deemed an acceptable cure. My beef with GM is that due to their error I have to pay nearly double the cost for an oil change for the length of time I own the vehicle. That is xx in my book. If that is the determined cure, GM should cover the increased cost or otherwise replace the bearing. More
