I am extremely upset with the dealership. Then I was told I had to pay for air filters and cabin filters today. I was lied to by the finance person for this agency and have paperwork he provided me to prove this. So frustrating as I was close to buying a new vehicle for my wife next month but I will never buy from George Moore after this experience. More

Came in and bought a Tesla model 3. I asked the sales agent to please charge it and drop it off at my house before 5 as I had to bring my daughter to jujitsu. They dropped off the car at 5:10pm and also didn’t charge it and dropped it off with 30 miles. Already late we just hoped in the Tesla and left immediately thinking I would be able to charge the car. Found out we can’t because the owner didn’t release their account. I called my sales person, they said they would call the dealership and see if they could contact the person that traded it to take it off the account. After an hr of no response I called the dealership, no one was called by my sales person. I had to drive and was on the phone with them at zero 0% where my car died close to my house. I asked to speak to a manager, they transferred me, and then went to voicemail. Tried to call back immediately and it said the dealer was closed. Pushed my car to the driveway and had to charge it on a basic 110v. Literally waiting for Tesla to transfer ownership so I can actually use the car. The level of incompetence of this dealership is insane and how they could care less about their customers is wild. Also just found out that the car they sold me basically is at the end of the tread, so there’s another $800 I’m going to have to spend out of pocket. More
