Service was horrible I have a warranty and a piece was replaced but caused more damage in the outcome. Of course they denied and the manager was very unprofessional and never fixed the problem just caused replaced but caused more damage in the outcome. Of course they denied and the manager was very unprofessional and never fixed the problem just caused more damage and on top of that they never honored to give me a loaner car. They kept my truck for weeks and now it is not running well at all. I will be pursuing legal action since no one in the shop would like to take responsibility for their wrong doing. I have tried several times for them to make this right and the manger pretty much told me to screw myself. Now my truck is still disabled because it took them 1 year from the date they put my brand new transmission in and my truck was still performing the same but they would never look at it unless I paid $130 for diagnostics fee, when I was clearly still under warranty. They continued to say that they had no person in the transmission department to look at my truck but I know that they were trying to push me off so that the warranty could expire. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced…100%👎🏻👎🏻 More
