Took my vehicle to be serviced for the first time. Gabe, the advisor was absolutely excellent. However it appears that if you don’t ask what it is they’re going to service they don’t do it. I expected Gabe, the advisor was absolutely excellent. However it appears that if you don’t ask what it is they’re going to service they don’t do it. I expected my tires to be checked for pressure and possibly rotated. I forgot to bring that up. So until now, because there has been no response to my calls and voicemails, I don’t know if that was supposed to have been part of the first service to my 2023 equinox premier. Totally not what I expected of a dealership. And can’t speak to anyone in service, I believe the person, Laura, who answers the phone just passes you onto voicemail within a few seconds after stating the “advisor” is busy with a customer. I consider myself a customer as well. This is not against Gabe. I believe that it’s just part of this dealerships processes which need improvement immensely!! More

My service advisor Didi was fantastic! She's very understanding and updates often. The shop itself is so so. Vehicle had check engine light on on Thursday. I had to call and speak to Didi who understood and had a mechanic finally look at it, determined an easy fix, and was repaired same day. More
