Not happy to see this unsatisfied review and hopefully this can be corrected and turned into a perfect. The advisor informed me that you waited on your oil change, tire rotation, and multi point vehicle inspection for your first appointment. Looks like we were able to take care of the open recall for your Equinox also and all handled in a timely manner. I wonder if your phone auto blocked the George Moore work number. It seems your frustration lies on not getting communication after service. Gabe attempted to call a few times to assist you. Appreciate you bringing awareness on what we can do to improve between phone scheduler and advisors when customers call.

Sorry to hear your truck was giving you issues. Understand it is frustrating for vehicle to have to be towed after a service visit. Unfortunately in your case using the General Motors diagnostic chart led to two things causing the same issue. The driver control module or electrical side of fuel pump system was faulty which is why we replaced. The difficulty is we have to start with what is proven bad first then retest. We drive vehicle 9 miles after repairs and your truck started and ran great. Looks like the advisor also discounted the second repairs and consumed cost of the tow bill for your troubles. Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions or need to speak with a manager.
