2004 Tahoe We purchased a used 2004 Chevy Tahoe from another dealer. The gear selector digital display was too dim to easily tell which gear was selected. I d We purchased a used 2004 Chevy Tahoe from another dealer. The gear selector digital display was too dim to easily tell which gear was selected. I dropped it off at Nunnally and asked them to fix it. The advisor, Dane Williams said they would check it out. I told him there was no hurry. That was on a Monday around mid-day. Dane called later that afternoon and said the only way to fix it was to replace the entire cluster. I wasn't surprised as I had already researched the problem on the Tahoe forum. I told Dane to go ahead and replace it. He said they should get the cluster in on Tuesday and then should have it completed Wednesday afternoon. Dane called early Tuesday afternoon and said it was done, a whole day earlier than originally promised. Price was fair and work was completed as stated. Many thanks to Nunnally and Dane Williams. They straight out ripped me off then called the police on me Took my van in for a few repairs one of which was the passenger windows stopped working ( electric windows) I had me van there for 4 days because RICK Took my van in for a few repairs one of which was the passenger windows stopped working ( electric windows) I had me van there for 4 days because RICK the service writer kept telling me it's almost done then on Thursday 2 1/2 days in the shop RICK finally told me the truth and said they bumped my van to the back of the line because a chevy volt needed to be worked on and they only have 1 guy that does electrical.. So today I go to get the van at 5PM on Friday they charged me $900 for a tune up, a fuel filter $35 and to fix the windows.. that was the estimate but they only fixed 1 window then tried ti lie and say it DID work? the service writer RICK came out to the van to show me they do work, he's been telling me since Wednesday they are fixed and every works great.. I had to show him that there isn't even a switch for the right side window so how did it work for him? I said RICK you're lying to me just like you have been for 3 days and at that point the service MANAGER Duane came out and yelled at me " we're not going to talk about this anymore I'll call the police on you I told him to go a head, I was the one getting ripped off!! they came out and just told me to handle it a different way and yes they ripped me but now was not the time to talk about it. George Nunnally Chevrolet called the police on me after I complained about being ripped off! I never used a single cuss word or threatened anyone in any way.. I called RICK a liar.. which he is! Nunnally is a dealership built on ripping customer's off I should have read the reviews before going there. More

VERY COOPERATIVE AND FRIENDLY BOUGHT THE TRUCK AT EVERETT CHEVROLET, BUT WANTED TO TRY NUNALLY BECAUSE IT'S CLOSER TO OUR HOME.
