Last year we thought we bought a great car at a different dealership. Year later $13000 to fix it. Needless to say I was a little timid to not to fall into that trap again. Gerald Ford answered all my questions, understood my reluctance and gave me the assurance that I needed to ensure me the car I bought was in excellent condition. Upon test driving we heard a rattle which the next day they looked into and fixed the loose shield. We did end up buying the car. Through the whole experience, everyone at Gerald Ford was wonderful. They made sure all my needs were met and left me with an open communication if I need anything else. Shout out to Youseff for understanding my reluctance and giving me the assurance that this car was thoroughly inspected and serviced appropriately. The car that I see is actually the car I got. I would highly recommend them. More

We took our 2024 Bronco in for a recall and the service person gave my wife a hard time. First he tried telling her that we needed an oil change, when I personally had gotten the oil changed less.than a mo person gave my wife a hard time. First he tried telling her that we needed an oil change, when I personally had gotten the oil changed less.than a month earlier. Then he tried to tell her that we didn't buy the Bronco from Gerald which we did a little over a year ago. I am a firm believer that when you buy a new car it doesn't matter from whom, you not paying for the car your paying for the service center. This was our second experience with the maintenance/service center. So far I'm not impressed. I had a great experience with the salesman and buying the car.
