I was not sure what was hsppening with vehicle. I was not understanding why vehicles was shaking. I had a new rear mirror put in front were I cou see how to back out. At first the Device went tot I was not understanding why vehicles was shaking. I had a new rear mirror put in front were I cou see how to back out. At first the Device went totally white where nothing could be viewed. Anyway I took my car back to Gerald Ford to fix the shaking. I also purchased an oil change.. I got home and found in my mail box from Ford about the obe time program about the rear view camera i had replaced last fall and I the customer paid cash to order a new device. It cost me over $1400, due to a blank image. This letter did not show up prior to me paying in cash for program 25N17. The one time repair offer was not provided to me. Made an appointment for 12:00 and asked how long the service would take. They said 1 hour. Well at 1:15 they came out and asked where was the lung nut key was. We had no idea.
