Gerald Hyundai

As far as my rating of only 4 for quality of work: there were some scratches on the hood of the car, (I know that it came from another dealership so I don't blame Gerald for that at all) when the shop buffe were some scratches on the hood of the car, (I know that it came from another dealership so I don't blame Gerald for that at all) when the shop buffed out the scratches for me they did a horrible job of either over buffing or simply forgot to do the "swirl remover" stage of buffing and there are nasty swirl marks all over my hood now and it really bothers me. As far as my 4 rating for price: I wanted to agree on a total price of the vehicle and Mike kept switching me to payments. I didn't like that because I know the trick with the payments. However, despite my knowing better, I ended up falling for the payments trick anyways thanks to my wife rushing me. In looking at the end numbers, I feel like they basically took my trade in off of me for a third of the price they offered me because of the mark up on the total price for my purchase. It was a Great experience from beginning to end. Sonny found the car and had it delivered to the dealership. He put it on hold until I could bring my wife into drive it. When I went to Gerald Hyundai to look at new cars I wasn't sure how this experience was going to go. The last car buying experience that I had was horrible it took 8 hours.
