When I first called I dealt with Augie. He was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Good about returning calls as well. And a big thank you to Mr Chino for getting me out of my upside mini van into a gorgeous VW Tiguan, which I love. He got me lower payments and payment free for the next 3 months. This is my 2nd time dealing with Gerald with a car purchase and both went smoothly. I am planning to keep this car for a while, I promise. But when I do decide to trade again I will def work with this staff and will refer them as well. They actually do care about the customer and was willing to do anything to help me out. Thanks guys!!! He was friendly, not pushy and walked me through everything step by step and he made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting into. The manager Sonny Gjinoli was also really nice and went the extra mile to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Dany did a great job ensuring that it was a good experience for me and was adamant about the experience not ending with the purchase of the vehicle. He gave both his work and cell number in case I ever had any questions about the vehicle, service options, other vehicles, etc. Overall, the dealership was very clean with a friendly vibe. I went to Gerald Hyundai to look after researching the Elantra online and at the Chicago Auto Show. I found out from an internet quote that a new car was just SLIGHTLY more than the used one I was looking Elantra online and at the Chicago Auto Show. While many dealers seem to think that only the man is important and don't take time to talk to the young female in the pair, John immediately came over when we got out of the car and shook both of our hands. He was attentive to ME since I was the one buying the car, and got me the best price on exactly the car that I wanted. I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking for a new Hyundai at Gerald. Ed was also really helpful as far as explaining the finances and options and I felt completely comfortable with my ability to pay. Instead of just looking for the day, I drove away with my new 2013 Elantra and couldn't be happier. PLUS John programmed my iPhone with the Bluetooth so I literally just had to drive off the lot and I was ready to go. More
