Pete met me outside as I was walking in. While I was prepared to fend off a high pressure sales barrage, I was treated to a no pressure, extremely well informed exchange on several models of Hyundai's a prepared to fend off a high pressure sales barrage, I was treated to a no pressure, extremely well informed exchange on several models of Hyundai's and their ability to meet my needs. We test drove two models, the first of which was not an exact fit. The Second, a Sonata, was impressive as well as meeting all of my requirements. Hyundai's simplified trim offerings made choices easier, with no apparent sales pressure to pursue any particular direction. I reluctantly entered the bidding process as this was the first manufacturer I visited in my car replacement quest. I told them that the deal would have to be a great one for me to forgo looking at other manufacturers cars in the class. Pete, Sonny and I exchanged a few offers and counters arriving at a deal that I felt comfortable with. The purchase price and trade in value for my car combined beat (net significantly lower than) the combined Edmunds TMV and trade in values for our area. The dealership didn’t have the colors that I requested, but were able to find and deliver the following Tuesday. I arrived to pick up the car and was given a thorough run down of the cars features by Pete. I had secured financing prior to shopping for a car, but in working with Mike to close the deal, he was able to find better financing, at better terms. The service contract was a bit of a shock (given Hyundai's already industry leading warranty), but I opted to go with the full 10 year extension as I was now just using the money Mike saved me on financing which allowed me to get some benefit for the money, rather than just giving it to the bank. All in all, perhaps the most stress and anxiety free car purchase I've experienced. I would highly recommend this team to others. More

There are a lot more complicated electronic options on the new car to understand. We felt like we were in "good hands" with Mike Johnson.
