My experience at Gearld was toataly different. I first tLked with Mike Chino and he was very accommodating. Mike had Jean Khochaba work with my wife and I. Jean showed us several vehicles and took us for two test drives. My wife and I took are time to decide what we wanted and a vehicle that matched what we wanted was located and. Rough to the dealership. We went to meet Jean and see the vehicle a 2017 Tucson . It was parked right out in front when we arrived. The vehicle was Pete fly cleaned and ready to go. Jean walked us through the vechile showing me how different options worked and pointing out the safety features. We en sat with the fiancé guy Danny. He did a great job explaining the whole process and took care of all of our financing paperwork. I can say that we enjoyed the whole process of buying a vehicle with the guys at Gearld Hyundai and that I look forward to stopping back in the next time we are interested in looking at a new Hyundai. More
