Loved my car shopping experience at Gerald Hyundai! I went to Gerald Hyundai about 5 weeks before I actually needed to purchase my new car. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for me, and th I went to Gerald Hyundai about 5 weeks before I actually needed to purchase my new car. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for me, and the first person to greet us was Eric Lopez, a very bright and friendly sales person. He listened to my needs, and took me for a test drive in a Tucson and explained all the important controls to me. He answered all of my questions at that time too. We explained it was our first day out car shopping and we weren't in a rush to purchase it for several weeks. He followed up with either a phone call or email, and we stayed in contact. About 5 weeks later, I phoned him to set up a time for us to come in and make a final purchase. He had the car that I wanted all ready for a final test drive, and we bought it that night. We got a very good price, and were treated very nicely by everyone at the dealership. I am recommending Gerald Hyundai, and Eric as a salesperson to all my family and friends who are looking to purchase a new car. It really was a stress free experience, and by the way, I LOVE MY NEW 2017 HYUNDAI TUCSON! More
