I feel that the Gerald Hyundai team that worked with me (Genci, Mike, and Dany) did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted, while treating me with respect. Genci spent 2 days helping me out, and I feel he went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was in the right car. Mike and Dany went through a lot of trouble on my behalf also, and the whole team was exceedingly patient and understanding, and got me a great deal. This experience has given me reason to always make Gerald Hyundai the first stop I make when I'm considering a car for anyone in my family because I am so sure that they will work with me to get me the deal I'm comfortable with and the car that's right. After being a huge believer in Carmax (I have bought my last 5 cars from Carmax), Gerald Hyundai and Genci are the first (and most likely only) team I'm going to work with for future vehicles, and my wife may shortly need a new car.
