The day that I came in I had a limited amount of time to test drive and review some payment options. I was shopping many cars from number of dealerships from Downers Grove to North Aurora. Cody was very respectful of my needs that day and understood what I was looking for in my search for a car. He was able to convey those needs to his sales manager, Alex. I told them the other options that I had available to me and they were able to provide me the much needed information that I needed to make an informed decision. The next day I came in with my wife to make the final decision. He was very helpful in letting us test drive the car again as well as discussing the numbers once more. One of the unique things that I found out about Cody was that he worked in the service department for some time. With that experience he was able to tell me all about the inspection completed on the Certified Used Vehicle. He was also able to tell me what kind of services are normal for this and other vehicles. He assured us that the model we were purchasing had a good track record for services and that he has not seen this model in for major repairs that frequently. After the sale he continued to provide excellent service. I had to bring the car in for the application of a protection package and another service discussed during the sale. He met me in the service department to ensure that I received the service that he promised and that a loaner car was available and provided as promised. More
