Disappointed Got my car towed to the dealership with a transmission problem. After two days, the diagnosage was the clutch was burnt out. Note this was the 3rd time the clutch was being replaced within 4 years. The technicans, service advisor, and service manager acted as if this was normal wear and tear on a car thats an automatic and 6 years old. The service department tries to get over on females. More

Great Experience in car shopping and buying! On my way home from a day of car shopping and spur of the moment pulled in to dealership to check out a Lincoln MKX. They had a very good selection o On my way home from a day of car shopping and spur of the moment pulled in to dealership to check out a Lincoln MKX. They had a very good selection on the lot and after looking for a few minutes, a very helpful Bernard Pinckney approached and offered a test drive. During the drive he answered all our questions. We proceeded into the showroom for further discussion and there I found the MKX Reserve that I was exactly what I wanted! I left that afternoon with all the information and assurances of what life after the purchase would be like to go home and evaluate this vehicle & dealership against the others I had visited and made my purchase the next morning!
