Don’t buy from them! I do not recommend buying a used vehicle from Gerald Jones Honda. First off, when I first inspected the vehicle I heard a hissing noise coming from th I do not recommend buying a used vehicle from Gerald Jones Honda. First off, when I first inspected the vehicle I heard a hissing noise coming from the vehicle, and was told It was a hole in the firewall from my sales rep ALLEN BAER, he was very rude, and kept insuring me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle.. I’ve owned the car a month and that hissing noise turned into a SCREAM. I took the car immediately to get it checked out and there was metal shavings all in the transmission fluid, less than 1000 miles from purchasing the vehicle, and the transmission now needs to be rebuilt. Gerald Jones Honda lied to me about the issue of the vehicle and was continued to be sold a vehicle that needed a $3,000 repair. I’ll be sure to inform every personnel I know not to buy from this dealer because of the type of business you guys do. If you can sell a $18,000 car to a kid who worked his whole life saving for a car, with a underlying $3,000 issue, that just shows what kind of business these people do. They don’t give a crap about you, they just want there xxxxty inventory rotated by the end of the month which is pretty xxxxty for a mainstream HONDA DEALER to do. Watch out guys.... More
