After attending the Chicago Auto Show, and researching car ratings and reviews online, we decided that we needed to get a closer look at a few of our top choices. When I walked into the Kia dealership, the reception desk summoned Quentin to assist me. I told him that I just wanted to walk around the lot looking at the colors and sizes of the two vehicles (Sorento and Sportage) we were deciding between. He directed me to the location of the two types of cars and left me alone. When I was ready to see one closer, he brought it up to the showroom door so I could get inside and get "the feel" of the Sportage. The general manager, Anthony, also came out to greet me and made me feel like I was important to his business and to be sure to get all my questions answered.
A few days later, I brought my husband back and after both test driving on the test track with Quentin pointing out the great features of the car and answering our questions, Quentin and Sam, the sales manager, put together a bottom line price that perfectly fit our budget. We loved the car and were excited to make the purchase.
Quentin has such a great personality. We were laughing and joking the entire time. We both shared personal stories, which made it feel like our friend, Quentin, was helping us through all of this. Since I hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2003 (mine had 180,000 miles on it), I was hoping that our car buying experience wouldn't be stressful. Quentin made sure that everything went very smoothly.
