We weren't ready to buy at that point (wanted to check out a few more options) and Quentin wasn't pushy at all. He totally understood. I'm also not the most knowledgeable on cars and he made me feel very comfortable asking any questions. We checked out a couple different dealerships and honestly, the customer service wasn't one fraction of what it was with Quentin. Other salesmen were too pushy or seemed not to care at all. Quentin is warm, friendly, understanding, and feels like a guy you've known for years- so of course we went back to buy our car from him.
