My fiancée was getting an oil change on her lease and they offered her a good deal to trade it in. Done once new car in the books. Tom makes a pitch to get me to upgrade and I pass as I’m looking for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline, my lucky day they just had one traded in. We make a deal and I go into finance and finish it out. That’s when it goes south. Between then and now it went from what I recall “has both keys” to “I said it should have both key, not that it did”, and “I’ll have to call the customer who traded it in to get the other. I go in a couple days later to drop off my and my fiancée second set of keys and he said he’s got a message into the customer and is waiting on a call back. Last I heard for Tom. Stopped in yesterday after a couple weeks of silence and the sales manager has to call Tom and then I get the story of the customer either didn’t have wouldn’t turn over the second set. Tom didn’t even have the decency to call me back to tell. If you choose to buy from this dealer make sure you insist on seeing everything before you buy. Personally, my next car will be elsewhere. If they lose my trust over the little things, what’s going to happen on something bigger.. 6/20/2017 Follow up: Dealer sales manager contacted me and made it right. Never did get a call from the sales person. Overall I'm happy with the resolution. I will likely do business with them again. More

We were greeted by one of the managers who hooked us up with Rusty Clark who was one of the sales people. He was new but was easy to do work with. Needles to say we ended up buying a Soul and are very happy with the deal we got. Eddy the finance guy was wonderful as well, no xx, just to the point and explained everything in an easy to understand way. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who may be looking for a new or used car, In my opinion they are honest and go out of there way to make you comfortable. There was no high pressure sales tactics, They were great. More

Wonderful Car Shopping Experience! While our current van was getting its oil change at Kia, we decided to browse their car inventory because we knew our family needed another vehicle. W While our current van was getting its oil change at Kia, we decided to browse their car inventory because we knew our family needed another vehicle. We were set up with an amazing sales consultant very shortly. Upon the first hello and handshake, we wouldn't have wanted to work with any other sales guy! Tom was so friendly and and worked with us so well. He was patient in answering all of the questions we had and gave us plenty of information on each car! We looked at multiple vehicles and test drove a couple throughout the course of 3 different days. We were drawn back to this dealership because of Tom's humor and personality and in the great ways he assisted us! He made us feel like family. The end of the story: we purchased a great used vehicle the day it came onto the lot .. But we would not have known about this car if Tom hadn't called us about it! We were so pleased with the entire dealership of Gerald! Our family may need a 4th vehicle due to teen drivers. We will not go to any other dealership than Gerald, or work with any other sales consultant than Tom! Our experience with Gerald was more than we could have asked for! We will definitely be recommending this dealer and Tom to others we know! Gerald also exclusively offers lifetime warranties (for specific things) on all new vehicles and select used vehicles! the best car buying service ever!!!!! soo ive been looking for a car for a while now about 6 months, i knew last week i was going to get a car soon i just wanted to be sure what i wanted t soo ive been looking for a car for a while now about 6 months, i knew last week i was going to get a car soon i just wanted to be sure what i wanted to get befor i ever stept foot in the car dealership. so there i was just got off of work and i decide to walk into kia u know just to see some prices and what would be my options, i know that i wanted a kia optima 2014 with about 40,000 miles at most. that's when i meet thomas wiencek a great sales man if you ask me so i started talking to him and the best he was able to find for what i wanted was the same year but has 2x the milidge on it,but he still didnt give up, still looking for something i would be happy with. eventully he found my car witch instead of the 2014 i got a 2015 almost brannew and when i say branew im talking only 23136 miles on it i was shocked i didnt know i could get something so nice and exactly what i wanted but even better then i could inmaigen, now let me say i walked in there iknowing what i could spend on a car and what my down payment would be i was strapped for cash and had a very tight budget even tho thomas found be a really nice car i didnt know if i coukd affarod it but he still didnt give up on me took me threw everthing and i couldnt belive what i was seeing for this car he made my budget work and even got me a better price and a better monthly payment then what i planned on paying in the frist place in the end thomas did a fanstic job and that's even down playing it. thomas gave me such a great expercinse for buying my frist bran new car,i couldnt ask for a better job then he did,i defently recommend him to everybody, and kia of north aurora to get your car and ask for thomas he's super frendly and will give you an alsome car buying expercinse. thomas will make sure no matter what your budget is or your credit score, he will make sure he can get you the car you want if not better like he did with mine so happy that he wass my salsmen and that he help me threw every little bit of the proccess great job 10 stars if possible .
