He worked hard to find a Subaru Outback that met our particular requirements, ultimately locating two vehicles. He discussed the trim packages on each vehicle in detail, explaining where they were the same and where they were different (not that easy to determine from the window sticker and the model brochure). Using his own experience as an Outback owner, he helped us choose the vehicle the best met our needs. When it came time to negotiate, Michael was friendly, low key, and low pressure. We are completely satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the deal we got. More
