I was never pressured into buying anything or felt like I had to act before being allowed to think. Rating lower due to the car I bought having a faulty component; warning light came on not 5 miles from the dealership. Though they are quick to help resolve the issue, I shouldn't have had to deal with it in the first place. More

I appreciated his knowledge and was impressed by his efficiency in helping me choose among the alternative models to consider. Jesse, and in fact everyone I dealt with, or even talked to in passing, were friendly and courteous. The dealership has a driving track for test driving which I was very impressed with--Jesse's skill in having me navigate the track to learn the capabilities of features of the cars I test drove was terrific. I was thinking/planning to purchase new car, and because there was a pre-owned car on the lot that I was impressed with, Jesse didn't skip a beat in shifting gears, having me test drive several alternatives, and ultimately help me with the purchase of the pre-owned car.
