It came sooner than expected, and “No Fuss” Russ helped us figure out what we really wanted and made the experience relatively painless. He was patient, fun to work with and even hauled to Aurora multiple times to pick up other models we thought we’d be interested in. (Sorry Russ!) We ended up with a car from the lot and are extremely pleased with our choice. Tim was straight forward with the financing and came through for us in the end with a loyalty rate when he found out we had another Subaru that had been purchased in the last 6 years. Overall a top notch experience! More
