We were comfortable with him from the start. This process can be intimidating for people who don’t have a lot of experience buying cars, but he made it easy. He answered all of our question, took us on a fun test drive, and was sensitive to our needs. He used his insight as a dad and a salesman to accurately measure what we were willing to spend on and what we needed in a vehicle, and didn’t push. We appreciated that. He and his managers also went out of their way to help us get down to a price we could manage. In terms of financing, the process was quick and easy in the office. When we had questions, they were answered. Good experience. Although I wish we could have spent less time waiting, especially when we brought our infant son with us the next day, I understand that buying a car takes time. That’s the only thing I’d like to be different next time around - shorter wait time overall. But doesn’t everyone? Lol. More
