During the month while we're waiting for the arrival of our Crosstrek, she has been updating us by email and occasional phone call regarding the status of the car. She has been very quick in replying to all our questions and is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars. At no point did we feel that she was pressuring us to buy a car from her. With regards to the finance aspect, Asim Aslam made the whole task quick and hassle-free. He gave us a great deal on the Added Security Maintenance and Gold Plus Service. I was interested in working with Gerald because of their professional approach, and the respect they showed me an my family. The car buying process was very well thought out, and the customer service was great from the beginning. They were eager to gain our business, but never rushed us throughout the entire process. Additionally, after deciding to purchase our vehicle from them, they followed up with a thank you phone call, and a personalized thank you letter. I would not purchase a car from a dealer simply because they take the time to write a thank you letter, but it was in keeping with their attitude towards customer relations, and it showed they meant what they said about "taking care of customers." They provided a no nonsense approach while maintaining great customer service. I appreciated the honesty that was displayed. We then worked with Anthony who helped us get the best financing rate, explaining all the available service packages and extended warranties. Overall another great experience at Gerald, this is the third car we have gotten there in 2-years. More
