Excellent New Car Purchase Experience - 1st Time Subaru Great first time experience at this dealership. We purchased Toyotas the last three times, but went to Subaru to check out the Impreza and Crosstrek. Great first time experience at this dealership. Jim W. made the process pleasant, taking time to listen to our needs and explain what makes the Subaru a quality car with some of the unique aspects of the Boxer engine and engineering. He introduced us to the dealership, showing us the service and customer waiting area and brought us the car that matched our want list of options and color and demonstrated the newer electronic control features of the car in the dealership lot. This pretty much sold us on the Subaru brand and using Gerald as the selling dealership. When we returned to purchase using our Costco discount, Eric Z. was assigned. We had come back to do a test drive and when we were done driving, he took us to a busy section of the road to demonstrate the advanced technology of the car in accident avoidance, eyesight features and emergency stopping. This was all far beyond the technology one could find in the models 10 years ago! This reassured us we were making the right decision. He and Anthony showed us the bottom-line cost including some added items we had wanted and gave us an excellent trade-in price on our car to compliment our substantial discount along with a low financing rate that was completed very quickly. They stayed late to complete the work necessary to complete the transaction including delivery of the new vehicle. Eric took the time to set up the Bluetooth features of the car and explain technical details before we drove off. This was a very professional team that worked together to make the customer experience exceptional. More
