Buying A Car Is Never Fun, But Gerald Cares For The Customer I spent this afternoon buying a new Subaru Crosstrek from Gerald Subaru. My salesman, Michael Price was both very professional and low key knowing th I spent this afternoon buying a new Subaru Crosstrek from Gerald Subaru. My salesman, Michael Price was both very professional and low key knowing that I, and especially my wife, needed a straight forward and clear sales approach. This was actually my second visit. Mike greeted me on my first, and gave me a thorough introduction to the CrossTrek. He made enough of an impression and answered enough of my questions for me to schedule a second visit with him, bringing my wife. We received an even more thorough presentation, this time using a car he and I had looked at on my previous visit. His pleasant manner and thorough knowledge sold my wife on the vehicle. We had a thorough test drive and even visited the automotive test track to put the vehicle through it's paces. The purchasing process was lengthy but thorough and everything was patiently explained and questions addressed. I was offered any follow up I needed by asking Michael any time. Even the Business Manager was a pleasant and clear representative and the facility was beautifully done, clean, modern, and as low key as we had experience in our sales process. I would recommend Gerald Subaru to friends, as it had been recommended to me by my Son-in-Law. More
