Friendly, almost no-hassle experience - but not quite Everyone was patient, courteous and helpful but the process was incredibly inefficient and the paperwork.....! When are dealers going to get into the 21st century? Buying a house involves less effort. We started the process online to save time and we made an appointment to complete the process. The car wasn’t ready - why? Not counting the very helpful walkthrough with Eddie, the paperwork took two plus hours, even though we explained that my wife was not feeling well. I can only conclude that this is to wear customers down so they are too weak to resist the many offers of extras. Again, nothing but praise for the people but, as I’ve said, the process is too painful. More
