We then spent two full days talking with Kelly Thomas at the dealer, driving almost every model of Subaru and decided on the Crosstrek. Kelly knew EVERYTHING about each model, especially every model's safety features. Since purchasing and taking the Crosstrek home, Kelly has been available to answer additional questions we have had. This was our best car buying experience to date! More

A Great Impression Was Made We had been searching for a new-used vehicle for a few months, so when my husband found the VW GTI online at this dealership, he immediately called to We had been searching for a new-used vehicle for a few months, so when my husband found the VW GTI online at this dealership, he immediately called to get more pictures and information. His conversations with Marie were easy and she communicated back quickly with him to set up an appointment. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Leo and Ehab and the vehicle we were interested in was available for us to test drive right away. Ehab was very attentive (but not pushy), he answered our questions honestly, and encouraged us to take our time inspecting the vehicle. He didn't dismiss our concerns about a few minor things we wanted checked out before we made a commitment and at one point he even got his hands dirty while helping the service technician. We walked into this dealership with some high expectations and the service here didn't disappoint. They truly wanted to work with us to make a deal on our vehicle, they were honest about the quality of our trade-in, and they listened to our concerns and respected our boundaries while we discussed the price point we wanted to stay at. Ehab worked tirelessly to meet our needs, even as our appointment extended past the closing hours.
