We visited several carmakers and Ehab stands out among all sales representatives in a number of dealers whom we have talked to. We chose Subaru not because of Ehab but because we like Subaru over other brands, but Ehab made the rest of everything much easies for us. He patiently explained to us the functions, strengths and also minor considerations of every Subaru SUV, and guided us on our test driving of both Forester and Ascent for a few times, and also shared with us why Subaru could be our best choice given our family considerations. We did not take his words as is - because we were worried that sales representative in general may not tell us all of the truth. Still, in our multiple conversations we do got a very good sense of his sincerity and trustworthiness - Ehad did take the time to answer all of our questions and never joked about our stupid ones, was never pushy to get the deal closed but was always patient (on his boy's birthday he stayed too long in the dealership for us that we really felt sorry about), and shared and understood different considerations of how we may use the car. We are very very fortunate to get his help from end to end, and that we walked out proudly with the right trim of Ascent at a reasonable price. I recommend Ehab extremely highly. More
