Michael Price was such a gentleman in following my lead in answering all the questions that I initiated about the vehicle that caught my eye. Not only did Michael tell me about the special safety features on the Crosstrek Premium, he patiently encouraged me to try them out in real time. Gerald Subaru having their own test track nearby is such a bonus offering for customers. Michael was so knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and was well able to describe the differences from the other vehicles on the lot. His clarity in describing each of the models was invaluable to this customer. He introduced me then to the very personable Jeff Walker who worked with me closely to ascertain which features on the Crosstrek without which I absolutely couldn't live, (incl. a sunroof, cloth seats, etc.) More than accommodating, when my wants couldn't be fulfilled with those vehicles on their lot, Jeff searched other dealerships and found the exact one to meet my specifications. He was even the one to drive all the way to Indiana to pick it up for no extra charge. He indicated that there was no reason to settle for anything less, or more, than I had detailed. He returned with my choice, well able to teach me about how to link up to most of the touchscreen features, and invited me to stop back anytime I needed help with anything on my "new baby." Jeff expertly described the terms of leasing vs buying, and then introduced me to Anthony Mazany, the finance manager, who efficiently walked me through the many papers to sign, while respectfully addressing my questions. I felt comfortable through the whole process over two days. I would definitely recommend these three professionals to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More

Nick’s recommendation on this vehicle was great, he knew what I was looking for as far as features and price and was able to show me the most I could get for my money. Leo was a tremendous help in keeping the car within our budget as it was a very strict request. Jon in finance was excellent as well, reviewing everything with us to ensure we understood everything perfectly. I hadn’t purchased a car in over 20 years prior to this one and was not looking forward to the buying process, but the entire team here at Gerald Subaru in Naperville made everything very comfortable and easy.
