In addition to which, the lifetime warranty makes it a winning combination. my experience at the other dealerships were not pleasant. At one, I test drove the used car. I was told that it got sold, with no follow up. At the other, they were offering terrible rates for financing, and gave unfriendly vibes. I had to walk! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy-going. We took a test drive. I didn’t feel any pressure at any point in the process. Much of the great customer service occurred after I left the dealership. The next day Jeff informed me he was able to track down and acquire the very specific exterior/interior color combo I wanted. I had a ton of questions about warranty that he answered clearly, honestly, and promptly over the weekend. I also had a complicated trade-in situation involving a car in the shop at another dealership. Jeff and the folks at Gerald took care of all the complicated pieces, making the whole thing painless. They also came in at great price with no surprises when I came in to sign. I had been talking to a handful of dealers while car shopping and am really happy I chose Gerald Subaru. He also found me a vehicle that met all of my needs, plus some of the "extras" that I didn't have to have, but was able get. I really appreciated his attentiveness and time, and never felt like I was rushed or pushed into anything. He worked with me and my needs and I absolutely love my new Crosstrek! After purchasing my vehicle, Len was also wonderful in scheduling my wheel locks. My husband started the process and then we ended up having to bring our two kids (under 3) to finish up the paperwork. They treated us wonderfully! They brought our kids coloring books, puzzles, toy cars and snacks. Anthony even gave my son an Ironman keychain, who he loves!! We will continue to come back for leases here. They took their time to explain EVERYTHING on the car, lease, insurance, and service. All of our questions were answered and we felt confident leaving with our car. More
