The worst service department experience in my life We bought brand new Subaru Outback 2018 Kelly saleswoman was nice to the point few months later my son went back and he purchased brand new 2019 Subar We bought brand new Subaru Outback 2018 Kelly saleswoman was nice to the point few months later my son went back and he purchased brand new 2019 Subaru Forester Ten months later some Rust start showing on the 2018 outback trunk. took it to the dealer took pictures supposed to call back in two weeks they didn't I called him I talked with Chuck ( service manager))said sorry we can't help you this is between you and Subaru and you have to talk to them (imagine purchasing two cars from a dealer and the first trouble you have with one of them telling you we can't help you) (exact Word)the warranty is not cover that rust and it's between you and Subaru company. Still after I contact with them so many times and write reviews still I didn't get any attention from the dealer or any care whatsoever I am not sure the reason why for a customer purchased two cars and he gets that treatment might be English Second Language OR ELSE????? Amazing And Easiest Process Ever I have been researching what kind of car I wanted for the last two years on and off. I wasn’t sure when or if I wanted to pull the trigger as I really I have been researching what kind of car I wanted for the last two years on and off. I wasn’t sure when or if I wanted to pull the trigger as I really enjoyed my Lexus, but needed more room and wanted improved safety for my kids. I have never owned a Subaru, but from the people I know who have them, they absolutely love them and really do keep them forever. When I waked in, Eddy greeted me and it was immediately apparent he is just an honest guy who will help you determine what’s best for you even if it means not making the purchase. He educated me on all the items people normally don’t realize their car is equipped with, especially with the myriad of safety features on the Subaru’s. I was sold instantly, but told him it would take me some time and might not be for a few months. He shook my hand, didn’t try to pressure me and let me know that any questions I have that come up to just call and that if I wanted to test drive over night or needed any additional information to help with my research to just let him know. He gave me space which was a big deal!! After going home I knew I wanted the car and messaged him. He even came in on his day off and helped make the process efficient and seamless. You always hear most people hate buying cars because of the process and pushy nature of most sales people. Eddy is who you want to work with and who you can trust to actually be honest and help you make the best decision. Plus he’s just a pretty incredible guy. I’ll be Gerald Subaru customer from here on out! More
