What a fantastic experience! I ordered a car; Roberto Lopez helped me through the options; he gave me a tentative delivery date and it was on time. He took time to answer all my questions. He stayed in touch throughout, letting me know the build date and when the car was at the port in Germany awaiting transport to the US. I was flying in and coming from the airport to pick up the car. Roberto worked with my insurance company to get everything ready. I arrived and there it was! He showed me all of the features and connected my phone. Paperwork with Jason was a breeze. While his job is to sell me add-ons, he was informative and not pushy at all. Within no time I was out and driving my car. I had a question about something and emailed Roberto. It felt like I'd just hit send and he was calling me to answer my question. But here's the best ... I've leased a lot of cars ... dealers always tell me I'll be getting a survey and how important it is to give them them highest marks ... if they don't get the highest marks, they'll lost their jobs, or whatever ... at Germain, no one mentioned a survey ... no begging for high scores. You know what they do? They offer an over-the-top experience and, of course, you want to rate them the highest! More
