I has purchased an X3 three days prior and a warning light indicating my tire pressure was low came on, on my way home from the dealership. I called my salesperson, Alex Soare, who advised me to monitor the pressure (it was very cold that evening) and to come in for service if the pressure fell below a certain level. The pressure continued to drop over the next day, hence my trip to Germain. George Donovan couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He immediately determined the tire had a nail and made arrangements for a loaner car as he had to order a new tire. It was replaced without question. This is my third purchase of a BMW, but my first purchase from Germain. They have definitely earned my future business. More

New car purchase I just purchased a new 700 series at Germain BMW. This was accomplished after two months of trials and discussions. I first signed to purchase a 700 series in Dec 19. After reconsideration I changed my mind. After doing so I tried a number of models like a 500 series and. M4 SUV at Germaine. Also tried two models elsewhere.. In the end what made the difference in going back to my original plan was Kevin Higgins my sales client. I even asked for numbers to purchase my leased 2017. Kevin stayed with me over several discussions. He brought forth a competitive plan that fit my objectives. He is very patient and soft spoken with great patience.
