Mr. Gray has been my servoce adviser for 3 years now and has consistently pointed my in the right direction as to service for my vehicles, the latest being my outstanding 535i Whether it was explaining and helping me understanding the manual (not always correct I find out) or looking into an a/c problem, he's as level headed and as calm as you would want when your trying hard not to loose yours. :) I couldn't recommend Mr. Gray anymore. Daron is professional, knowledgeable, kind and is someone with the attributes to do very well in life. He is upbeat, has a positive attitude and communicates with ease.
