The girl working at the boutique was quite pleasant, however she was having a difficult time navigating her computer to find the part numbers. She asked me to please have a seat while she went out back to get help from someone. Twenty five minutes later she returned without help, did not even acknowledge my presence, or even let me know that someone will be out soon to assist me. She was more interested in her phone and socializing with others. Ten more minutes creep by and still no communication from anybody. She was more than eager to grab her personal things and put out the "ring bell for service" sign as she walked away; must have been lunch time. I very seldom write reviews however I couldn't resist this opportunity as there is Dealer Rater signs and banners everywhere throughout the dealership. The customer service was not top notch, just mediocre. The lack of communication and following through with customers was very unprofessional. This experience made me watch the time that I needed to meet with my clients and not sit and wait in a dealership. I must say that I was very comfortable sitting in that massage chair, buying my accessories online with the free Wi-Fi. Thanks to those two luxury's, I was able to get free next day shipping on my order through an online store. -Christina D More

After getting "the run around" from my local bmw dealers I decided to take the 2-1/2 hour trip to Naples. The service I received from Alex and Gary was well worth the drive and I could not be happier with the vechicle I purchased. I will definatly see them again for any future BMW purchases. More

What I got was a parts guy named Cameron who seemed to be bothered and annoyed that I was there. He was very short in conversation with me, and seemed to not even know the product line at all. The whole experience was annoying. Needless to say I made my purchases at another dealership. More

The most impressive thing is that I didn't purchase my car here, but up north; yet Victor always treats me as a valued customer. Wonderful staff! More

The only thing Bill was able to resolve was to give me the confidence of NOT to ever buying or considering this dealership . Lots of ignorance. Bill use the typical method of passing the ball and blaming the issue on somebody else or figure out a way to defense themselves, instead of taking action and provide a resolution. Not a warm experience from a manager. I advise him that I will go online and share my experience; his response was OK... so here it is. Response As I stated in my previews post, that is an arbitrary decision. I bought my vehicle from a BMW dealership, on the east coast. There are numerous BMW dealerships on the east coast, and I have always brought my car to any of them for car, with no problem at all. I expected to receive the same level of service, if not better, seeing the level and type of customers in the area. Your gesture is not of goodwill, but of trying to make a squeaky wheel go away, when in fact the heart of the problem is that the logic behind your policy makes no sense. I had no control over which location I bought my car from, and it seems absurd to punish a BMW customer for not buying a GERMAIN BWM. I could understand you not extending this service to BWM owners who bought their car at a non-BMW dealership, but to discriminate between one BMW dealership and another sounds like terrible business practices for BWM America. I am assuming that the ultimate BMW experience ends at Germaine BMW. More

A Warm Experience My husband and I were warmly greeted by Sal Blasi. He was genuinely helpful and made our pre-owned BMW purchase a warm and memorable experience. "I just want you to be happy" were Sal's words (and he means it). Gary Bussaca was extremely knowledgeable in the finance area. The service department is organized, attentive, and thorough, and Victor Meola is amazing, attentive to every detail and is always easy to reach. I always feel grateful that my car is receiving the utmost attention. I particularly enjoy the waiting lounge - TV, good snacks and refreshments! All in all, it is a pleasure to do business at BMW. I always feel well-taken care of, with utmost attention. We made our purchase during the busy Florida winter month of February. I don't know how they do it, but the crew is patient, considerate, and polite under all circumstances. More

The majority of purchases I've made I thought "What did I miss" as I signed on the dotted line. Sooner or later I would find out. This time was different. This time I had a great experience. Amy Biggs and Daron Lynn, the sales staff were up front with every detail of the pricing, financing, maintenance, you name it. No exaggerations and no bull. I bought a 650 convertible and it is a gem, everything they said it was. The smallest problems were handled as though they were major flaws and fixed right away. Nothing was left for me to deal with alone. I dealt primarily with Amy Biggs and Daron Lynn whose attitudes were positive, friendly, informative and highly professional.
