Hi Flavio, thank you for you for replying. I did try to reach out to Tracy a few times. I called the number that you provided, was put on hold for a while and then was hung up on. It felt like a struggle to be able to chat about this previous experience. Not only that, I left a voicemail with John Cathey thinking he might have been easier to get in touch with. No luck with him either. I'm thinking that everyone in that dealership is more concerned about what is going on after work than focusing on customer service and making the right decisions for the business operations.

I'm glad this post finally went up on dealer rater. 6 weeks later and back and forth emails with dealer rater I got a strong feeling that this post was trying to be covered up. What for though? The customer service skills that Cameron offers is poor, and unprofessional. Having someone with skills like that reflects poorly on Germain BMW. Makes me think that the whole dealership organization is unprofessional. I am looking forward to purchasing my next 5 series through BMW of Fort Myers. -Bryan
