We initially visited this dealership last Spring thinking that we might be in the market for a used car this Fall. At that time we test drove a BMW 328i. We dealt with an extremely knowledgeable and courte that we might be in the market for a used car this Fall. At that time we test drove a BMW 328i. We dealt with an extremely knowledgeable and courteous sales associate named Kevin Browne. We explained at the time, that we were not yet ready to buy and he was very professional and offered us his card so that we could contact him when we were ready. This November, we contacted Mr. Browne and told him the kind of used car we were interested in. We made an appointment with him to come into the dealership and he helped us find a very nice 2011 BMW 328i with low mileage and in beautiful condition. We then worked with Ken Burkart to finalize the sale and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options of extended service and financing. At no time did we ever feel anything but friendly helpfulness from all of the employees we have had contact with. When we took possession of the car, Kevin Browne gave us a very helpful introduction to the many functions on the BMW and offered at any time to make another appointment to review any functions we might still have questions about. Approximately a week later, I did just that and again, got great help and friendly courteous service. Recently I have taken the car to the dealership for the free car wash that is part of their service. Even though it was a Friday afternoon and they were very busy, the car was washed in a very efficient manner and I was done before the time they had projected. Although ours is a used car, we have been treated at all times as if we are valued customers and they are happy to serve us. More
Joe Hernandez was great to work with on every level. We were a little disappointed with the way the car was cleaned prior to taking ownership--the interior did not seem much cleaner than when we saw it two were a little disappointed with the way the car was cleaned prior to taking ownership--the interior did not seem much cleaner than when we saw it two days prior and I was able to rub dirt off the console with my fingers--I expected that it would have had a better cleaning. There are still two small items that need to be addressed which I pointed out to Joe and he suggested that I return at my convenience to have taken care of--the rubber weather stripping on the left passenger door was loose and sticks out when you close the door and on the front hood there is a small scratch in the paint that needs touch up. Otherwise, we love the car and would definitely recommend Joe. More
