I contacted service and was able to get in at my convenience with a loaner waiting for me at arrival. The issue was fixed and my car was delivered to me as if it was brand new. When we arrived at Germain BMW, we were greeted by Peter Martin and were immediately offered a test drive in the car we chose. When the car was ready to drive home, we walked out to a car in showroom condition. Peter then demonstrated the commonly used features and had me try them out as well. All in all, it was a great car buying experience of a great car. It was immediately clear to us that everyone we came in contact with at the dealership valued customer service and enjoyed working with the public. Our experience with Germain BMW has been positive so far. One suggestion... When we ordered our new BMW535iX, nothing was mentioned about the Zxylon coat. We learned about it at delivery of our car. Upon seeing a BMW on the Germain BMW website that matched the criteria of the vehicle I was in the market for, I contacted their dealership. Greg Schneff was assigned to be my sales associate. Due to business comittments and unable to fly down from NC to inspect the vehicle, I was naturally apprehensive about purchasing on the phone. Greg assured me of the quality, appearance, and mechanical condition of this BMW. I purchased on Wednesday, Greg arranged for an auto transporter to deliver to my door in NC, and the car arrived on Friday. The BMW was as Greg had described, only better !!! No complaints, the car shows as new and am very pleased with my purchcase. Greg and his staff keep me well informed throughout the entrie process. Their finance department explained in detail the financing options as well as the available extended warranty options. At no time was I ever presssured to either purchase the vehicle nor the extended warranties. Overall a very pleasant experience which was enabled by a competent, courtesous, and professional staff at Germain BMW.
