I was uncertain of which vehicle I wanted to purchase and Jeff was patient and extremely informative as I went through the process of test driving and exploring my options. He gave me the time and information I needed to make the right decision for me. Whether discussing the vehicle, the options or leasing vs buying, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable allowing me to have the details I needed to make my decision. He followed up with me without being annoying. (Sorry but lets face it we all know that car salesman can be annoying - Jeff was not so he made me want to deal with him and not look for someone else). Once I made up my mind Jeff and the team made it all work and the process of paper work was effortless. Jeff made me feel my purchase was special and went out of his way to make my taking possession of the car special. Jeff has followed-up with me on several occasions since I took possession of my beautiful car and I feel I can call upon him if I have any questions. My wife and I purchased our first BMW from Germain a few weeks ago. It was a certified 2011 128i convertible. I first inquired online with Ron King and Larry Oblinger. Ron and Larry quickly responded to my requests and they were extremely courteous and responsive. I made an appointment the next day and was graciously met by Kevin Browne. We test drove and within 1 hour we bought it. Kevin made it a very simple, hassle free experience. We were very surprised and never had such an easy car sales experience before. The financing with Ms Zupancic was engaging and very simple. She explained everything in detail and we do appreciate her enthusiasm. The car was detailed and Kevin explained everything before we drove off. He even called us a few days later to make sure were happy. Kevin is an exceptional salesman and you are lucky to have him. He has such an authentic and caring style that he does not fit the stereotype of car salesman in the least. He's very knowledgeable, extraordinarily helpful (quickly returning my calls - even on Sundays & evenings), and succeeds in striking the perfect balance between attentive and efficient. Ken Burkart was incredibly flexible and helpful as I worked through various warranty choices and out-of-state paperwork - also making himself very available to answer any questions. I hope to buy more cars from Germain. More

I was traveling on vacation in Naples, Fl. when I was alerted that I needed my 15,000 mile service. I brought my BMW 3281 convertible into Germain BMW. While it was there I asked if they could tighten alerted that I needed my 15,000 mile service. I brought my BMW 3281 convertible into Germain BMW. While it was there I asked if they could tighten a loose mudflap. They said no problem. When I got the car back I noticed that the mudflap had been gouged around the edges and that there appeared to be some damage near the edge of the flap on the car body. By this time I was already back at home, some 1600 miles away. I called and spoke with a service rep who promptly told me that they did me a favor by reattaching the mudflap and that the original installers were ultimately responsible for any damage. Damage which Germain Service obviously did. I later spoke with a service manager at Germain and after he reviewed pictures I sent him, agreed to send me a new mudflap. I received 2 mudflaps in the mail and proceeded to remove the damaged mudflap to replace it with a new one. Upon removing the old one I noticed that the body underneath was gouged. It appeared that someone, in an attempt to remove whatever glue, residue, etc. was underneath the mudflap must have taken a tool of some sort and scraped the paint off in many spots. Then proceeded to cover it up when they put the mudflap back on. I don't expect this type of shoddy service from any service center, let alone BMW! The service person who worked on my car should be ashamed of themselves for performing such careless and inferior work. Luckily I noticed this issue with the gouged paint and hopefully averted what could have been some rust issues down the road. While the basic 15,000 mile service seems to have been performed properly, I am truly disappointed with the service I received in this one area and hope Germain Service Center take a closer look at who performs work on their cars. Unfortunately I plan to spend more and more time in the Naples area going forward and will now have to find another dealership that I can trust. More
