Easy experience buying a used car at Germain BMW. Out the door in less than 3 hours. Promised repairs were arranged and completed in a timely manner on the rear window of the convertible I bought. I believe the repair was done by a third party and because of the quality of the repair I am not able to give 5 stars on the quality of work. It could have been done better with less visible glue sticking out on the window. The quality of all other work (sales, communication, financing) was outstanding and would be rated a 5. Price is rated at 4 because the car was sold to me at 125% of KBB price. Considering I was buying a 10 year old car with only 37K miles on it, it is understandable but still overpriced. Both sales and financing were able to work with me to get the car I wanted for the maximum monthly financing expenses I wanted. I'm happy either way. Great experience. More

Was handed to Jim by new car sales mgr. in 2011. He is very knowledgeable and does not push! Jim is responsive to phone & email contacts. He knows the product and the customer. My 2012 750 was hit by visiting Brits who ran a 4 way stop. Jim was quickly available to direct tow to Supreme. He followed the car thru the repair process.Made certain car got to dealership for complete checkout before car returned to me in July. Not jim's respon. but he made sure proper attention given to major repair needs.. Jim continues to be very attentive to 750's operational and physical condition. Jim's past career activities gives him a "leg up" against sales personnel in other Naples auto dlrships! More

I was looking for a 535XI in my area in the year, price range and mileage that I could afford, unfortunately Colorado did not have any that met my criteria, so I started to expand my search, and found exac range and mileage that I could afford, unfortunately Colorado did not have any that met my criteria, so I started to expand my search, and found exactly what I was looking for at Germain BMW in Naples. I was working temporarily in Cocoa Beach and so I decided that Naples wasn't to far to go to get my car, and what the heck, driving a new/used BMW back to Colorado would be a true driving pleasure! Kevin Browne was my salesman and was very concencious and curtious over the phone and made sure everything was ready to go when I arrived. I did find that one of the functions on the drivers seat wasn't working, however, since my car was certified and came with a waranty, it wasn't a big deal to get done in Colorado. I drove over 2000 miles in 3 days and the car performed and looked as promised. I would easily buy from Germain or recommend them to a friend. More

This is the second BMW that we purchased from Germain BMW and Jim McGinn and both times we had a awesome experience! We didn't feel like Jim pressured us and he took his time reviewing all the different opt and Jim McGinn and both times we had a awesome experience! We didn't feel like Jim pressured us and he took his time reviewing all the different options available to us between leasing and buying. We also spent time with the general manager Flavio and he also made us feel very special. After selecting our car Jim spent lots of time explaining how everything operates and when we left the dealership felt like we could not have made a better decision, we have been driving S-550 Mercedes for the past few years and they do not compare with the way the 750LI drives and handles.
