Everyone ,including the girl at the front desk, was very friendly. Car buying can be a hassle, but at Germain BMW they made it enjoyable. My sale person was very well informed about the car and very easy to talk to. I had shopped around for price and Germain beat everyone else's price by quite a bit. They gave me many ways to finance the car and even made it possible to order my car anyway I wanted it. I didn't have to buy options I really didn't want. When my car came in my salesman, Ken Burkart, spent 2 hours going over my car to make sure I was completely comfortable with its operation. My whole expierence was very enjoyable and I wouldn't buy a BMW anywhere else. More

Upon arriving at the Germain BMW Dealership, we were greeted with friendliness and professionalism. We were able to test drive the car, as all aspects of the car were explained in detail to us. Kevin Brown was very personable and friendly. I never felt pressured into making a decision and he helped me select the right car for me. The service didn't stop after I signed on the dotted line. Kevin helped me to arrange to have the daytime running lights turned on, helped me to get my car windows tinted and provided information on shipping company's. Kevin replied to all my emails /phone calls in a prompt manner. The Germain BMW dealership in Naples is all about customer service. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful! I also thought the lounge area with refreshments, WiFi, TV and massage chair was a nice touch! I highly recommend Kevin and Germain BMW. More
