When I was waiting in the showroom for my BMW 740 to be finished in the service department, Mr. Wood involved me in a conversation on the features of the new cars in the showroom. During that conversation, Mr. Wood displayed the right balance between not forcing a sale, but rather answering my questions and discussing the cars on display. Without originally having no particular intentions to replace my BMW 740 (with only 35000 original miles)the demonstration by Mr. Wood regarding the advanced features of the new cars made me purches a BMW 750.
