Then I met Jim, and he is by far, one of the most outstanding employees I have ever met and done business with. Chris was great as well. Along with the F&I person, (sorry, I do not have his name). I have been in the F&I office at Toyota and believe me, it was worse than going to the denist without novicane. All of your people are the best.
