He has been unfailingly helpful, courteous and patient in answering any questions. He is certainly a good salesman. The road test was very useful in enabling us to make a final choice. All personnel met at Germain BMW were helpful and friendly from the welcome by the lady at the check-in desk on to any personnel. Initially we found ourselves dealing with different sales executives on consecutive visits and I think it is preferable to deal with only one individual on any transaction, which is something we insisted on. We might otherwise not have had the patience to proceed to the purchase stage. The after-sale experience was equally positive. The contract paperwork was handled very efficiently and speedily by Shawn and Mark Noger introduced us also to Don Huttlin, so that we have an introduction to the Service area. Finally Mark has already prepared the introduction to the BMW dealer in Mamaroneck New York, so that we have a contact when we are in New York during the summer months. This is our first experience in buying a German car and we were making a choice between BMW, Mercedes and the Italian Maserati, so the Germain BMW team, especially Mark Noger, has done a good job to date. I was most impressed with the quality of these pre-owned BMW's being offered. The car I bought may be 3 years old on paper but it looks and FEELS absolutely brand new. Tony Cannavino gave us a friendly greeting as when we walked into the dealership. We were interested in a 1 series of 3 Series convertible, as a Christmas present for my wife, and Tony quickly showed us walked into the dealership. We were interested in a 1 series of 3 Series convertible, as a Christmas present for my wife, and Tony quickly showed us both vehicles and arranged for a test drive. He answered all of our many questions which enabled us to make a decision on the model we wanted. Tony worked out a deal that enabled us to receive an end of year savings on lease financing cost. We had specific options that we wanted, and Tony arranged for a car to be put on order with these options. Then, a few days later, he found a car with our options plus a couple more, and worked out a deal for this car to be delivered at the same price before Christmas. On the delivery date, Tony spent over an hour with us explaining the features of the car until my wife was comfortable with all the options and technology that the car had to offer. We would definitely recommend Germain BMW and Tony Cannvino to our friends and family. More
