My experience at Germain BMW in North Naples is excellent. My service advisor Rhoel Grey is professional, provides continues communication updates from making my appointment to greeting me at drop excellent. I even purchased some touch up paint and he provided insights and watch outs when using the product to achieve best results. The several tech service is great and they do the small things such as providing a video from the tech of him walking under and around the vehicle and communicating everything he found and repaired. Paying the bill was super easy and efficient as was done on my own via a text that came right to my phone. Quick, Clean and Polite. 5 Stars!! More
